Organisation
- Two teams of 4, two bounce players on the short sides and a neutral 6 in the middle.
- The team in possession plays 7 against 4.

Rules
- Max 2 touches
- From bounce player to bounce player through the 6 = 1 point
- After losing possession: 5 seconds of counter-pressing

Coaching points
- Scan before receiving the ball
- Play to the player who can make the next forward pass
- Look for the third man rather than the direct pass

- Bounce players 1 touch
- The neutral 6 must not play the ball back
